Planets on the Move
Dear Friend and Reader:
First, before we get to this week’s editions, thank you for bearing with my brief writing cool-down the past couple of weeks. I am slowly gathering my notes and will be back with the August monthly horoscope next week, and the weekly horoscope resuming Tuesday, August 2.
This brief interruption represents a shift in my approach to my work.
Particularly since returning to New York from Europe in 2007, I have barely taken so much as a weekend off — and those days are ending. I am asking every member of the Planet Waves community and staff to support my endeavor of a balanced life, and refreshing the creative coffers from which I offer myself.
Finally, thank you for the goodwill of about 200 people who were mistakenly taken off the subscriber list and put on our no-mail list. One request: please do not be so dependent upon our emails. We update faithfully Tuesday evenings with the new horoscope and an article, and Friday evenings with Planet Waves FM. You will find your new stuff in your
MY ACCOUNT area.
Please keep reading (below the graphic) for this week’s horoscope and article, and information about a new astrology podcast.

This Week’s Article: Introduction to Transits
Recently, I completed a work about transits, which are astrological events. This week I have for you
the introduction to that work, called Planets in Motion. This essay is an overview of my astrological theory, written for humans who like to read. I also have
samples of a few of the transit readings. The book includes 24 readings for people from 1 to 84 years old, which span one to three years — there is a lot here for everyone.
In the newest edition now posted, I added chapters about transits to personal points and an introduction to progressions — all of it easy to follow, if you like to read about astrology. A soon-future edition of this work will have charts added so you can see the patterns I am describing. I have to work out how to do that in a clear manner.
One last thought: at the request of a friend, I added a chapter on transits of 1975 and 1976. If you know of a pattern you want to see included, I am happy to do it. That is the benefit of the way I work with my readers, who are my clients and students, and who are often collaborators and friends.
Here is how to get the fully printable
Planets in Motion e-book, which comes with a 35 minute audio introduction to transits. I promise — you will love it, and learn much about your own astrology and those of the people close to you.

Horoscope: Sample of Aquarian Era, Aquarian Age
This last horoscope off-week, I have a new
sample of Aquarian Era, Aquarian Age (formerly
An Aquarian Era) the new title of my written readings valid through 2026 or so. As you know, that project fell behind due to the international lockdown and political crisis. When I resumed work this spring, I started putting out much more detailed chapters.
Thanks to this development, I plan to go back and upgrade the first six chapters, bringing in what I have learned from doing the second six and
Planets in Motion. All current customers will have access to the upgrade. We will soon add the recording for RESPECT (the dodo audio annual) to the top of each page. Those RESPECT readings are among the last artifacts of the pre-lockdown world, as are the written readings called INTELLIGENCE — still highly recommended and some of my best work ever.
Here is
how to access Aquarian Era, Aquarian Age.

New Short Format Astrology-Only Podcast
We have begun a new
short format podcast called STARCAST, which will update Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is where to pick up the “what’s happening now” news, in a concise, easy-listening presentation.
I will have more about Friday's Aquarius Full Moon there, though while I am rummaging through the archives, here are a few gems:
Aquarius Moonwalk, set on Île Saint-Louis in central Paris, summer 2005. Then there is
Brother Moon, written two years earlier. Finally, I have
Dark Side of the Aquarius Moon for you, a tribute to Pink Floyd’s lost member, Syd Barret. (These are all on very old style pages.)
I’ll be back Friday with Planet Waves FM.
Thanks for reading —
thanks for shopping.
With love,
PS — Today is the 52nd anniversary of Neil Armstrong romping around on the Libra Moon. In honor of that, I am dusting off my classic article,
What if the Moon Landing Happened? I will tell you that this article was one of the top five in my writing career for pissing people off. (That calls for a "Least Greatest Hits" compilation some day). Anyway, it’s a fun article and I thought I would send it back around.
